Known for his pragmatic, client-focused and creative approach to problem solving, Gerard has extensive experience in all facets of project administration and project development. His specialties include project conceptual development, contract and lease review, site analysis, development and coordination of construction documents and details, contract administration and project management.
A knowledgeable and detail-oriented architectural designer, Gerard is also a strong and natural leader: a quality that generates client confidence and further enhances the culture of collaboration inherent at TPDA.
