The owners and developers envision creating a substantial mid-town NYC mixed-use project that incorporates and creates a retail / offices / hotel and entertainment destination that would attract New York City visitors and residents alike.  The “in progress” conceptual design is being evaluated to maximize the visual and commercial impact. Included in the architectural design is the creation of an open light well with over-sized skylight that will bring natural light throughout the complex, enhancing the spectacular verticality of the space as well as the experiential nature of the interior spaces throughout the building.
