Building upon the success of the Dialysis Center Prototype in Brooklyn, we continued our partnership with Novo Dialysis. The new center in Queens, aligned with the established prototype design, maintains the urban, sustainable, and sophisticated ethos that defines our approach to healthcare facility design.

The client’s vision for the second center, while preserving the timeless aesthetics, includes unique design elements that set it apart. Notably, the waiting area has been expanded to accommodate a larger space, providing an enhanced experience for patients and their families. The same soothing beiges, blues, and dark yellows, along with warm wood textures and exposed brick walls, form the foundation of the color palette and finishes. In this iteration, subtle variations in design elements contribute to the individuality of the second center.

Deliberate pops of color, carefully selected furniture, and artistic expressions inspired by local elements continue to create a serene and welcoming environment. These distinctive features maintain a connection to the rich and multi-layered history of New York City while catering to the specific needs of this dialysis facility.
