The Executive Center at 600 Lexington Avenue in Midtown Manhattan will be an upscale, multi-use space for tenants to host large groups of people whether for board meetings, large presentations, or other special events. This functional shared space encourages collaboration, innovation, and community within the building and allows for companies to have the ability to host larger groups of people outside of their own office. With high-end finishes and wide variety of materials, TPD Architecture gave the space a luxurious and more hospitality feel. An area with soft seating, custom millwork, and low ceiling creates a more intimate sense upon entry. The conference room area features a large table with the ability to seat over 18 people, as well as a high-tech AV system inclusive of multiple TV monitors and video conferencing.
