A graduate of the University of Cincinnati, Tim has worked within the field of architecture for over 18 years. His background includes a wide range of experiences including high-end residential design, corporate interiors, health care design and construction management. Complementing this with a few years of construction field work, Tim has developed the skills necessary to create thoughtful design solutions as well as a clear understanding of how to implement them under real world conditions. His analytic, problem solving ability and attention to detail help create realistic project budgets and schedules.
Tim also has extensive knowledge of building codes, including being a member of the National Fire Protection Association, to see that projects are designed and completed safely and timely, meeting local and federal mandated regulations. With a strong understanding of evolving technologies, Tim is a reliable resource; his contributions ensure that current technological advances are integrated into all aspects of TPDA’s work.
